Personalised BSL learning for parents, families and individuals

I provide one-to-one British Sign Language (BSL) tutorials for parents, families and individuals who want to learn how to communicate with deaf children or improve their BSL skills.

Learning BSL can make a huge difference for deaf children and their families. My lessons focus on practical communication, helping you feel confident using BSL in everyday situations.

One-to-one BSL support

Lessons are tailored to your needs and learning pace. This is ideal for parents who want personal support and more time to practise.

I offer:

• One-to-one BSL tutorials for parents of deaf children

• BSL learning without the pressure of exams

• BSL Level 1 refresher sessions before starting Level 2

• Support to improve and polish your BSL skills

• Preparation and guidance for BSL Level 1 exam criteria

• Flexible learning

Lessons are available:

• One-to-one in person

• One-to-one online via Zoom

This allows you to learn from home at a time that suits you.

Funding support:

Some parents in Wiltshire and Bath may be able to access funding. This means you may only need to pay a small additional cost. My aim is to help families feel confident using BSL at home and in everyday life.
